H Bajji Terms & Conditions – Please read before using the platform

1General Terms & Introduction

H Bajji is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and a range of gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on H Bajji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details or using someone else's information both constitute a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be registered in your name and actively in use.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. H Bajji will never ask for your password by phone or email.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to H Bajji support immediately.

3Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on H Bajji. They apply to all betting markets — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option applies.
• Each betting market has set minimum and maximum stake limits that must be observed.
• H Bajji reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Once the result of a match or event is confirmed, payouts will be made in accordance with H Bajji's declared rules.
• If an event is cancelled for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• H Bajji is not liable for any bets not accepted due to network issues during live betting.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

H Bajji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All rules regarding payment methods are detailed below.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum per transaction is ৳50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• At the time of withdrawal, it will be verified whether the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, H Bajji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending further review.
• After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 to 24 hours.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

H Bajji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registered and verified accounts only.
• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the H Bajji platform. Violations may result in account closure as well as legal action.

• Using fraudulent methods or software to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment method.
• Any attempt at money laundering or processing of illegal funds through the H Bajji platform.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any attempt to hack them.

7Account Suspension & Closure

H Bajji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity on an account.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Users may also voluntarily close their account through H Bajji support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8Responsible Gaming
